training part 3

heading to second week in production.. we are all under sumathy and kanages the devil.. always ask us to do job..! two days continously been packing and labelling, cartoning, folding literature, stick holograms, sorting out rejected tablets, filling tabletsssSS in bagsss.. basically, i hate rubber band for no reason..!! hate that to an extreme..!!

this morning we are asked to take out tablets from blister pack.. poking out the tablets by using our thumbs are painful.. sobsob... chipped my nails and the thumbs are currently numb..!!! no words for the operators there, we are only dealing for 2 weeks there but some of them, one of the makcik who works for 12 years plus or the myanmar guys with 2 years contract.. poor thing~ how they handle all these hu?

"isaac, if you wana buy over zontron, first thing u need to do is to buy the company all new equipment" .... that's what javeed, pharmacist from india, our production manager, he told isaac so.. he is actually nice people larrr.. haha

training part 2

first week in production,.

from akka to anneh, ama( a sissy YOUNG BOY) to roy (muriandy the annoying singer), javeed to sumathy...!!

and the sa po( crazy woman suspected for menopause) to phyo, zin aung, ansay(operators).. and mr.R...;@ i passed my weeks, with those people, operators, maintanence people or interns,.. some of them are friendly, but some are superb irritating... eg the sa po liza (IPQC Inspector)

what i learn in production..! hmm.. how a company managing the operation and production, importance of GMP, how to operate machines, and how to clean the machine..!! how to sort out rejected tablets, fold the literatures, how occilator/FBD/mixer works, what is dispensing, steps and procedure etc etc hehe... oh yea, and today i learned HOW IMPORTANT COMPRESSION MEANT FOR A TABLET!! we, (so called hardworking instead, instead kacau ppl's work there.. rite chiu mey???) been watching phyo, a Zontron operators whos not bad looking, 90% looks like liang ann, but 10% more handsome than liang ann, testing and changing pressure of the punchers for compression of Lison tablet.. he had worked it out for a day, but still he failed to get the appropriate hardness for the tablet... swt~~ whole day work man!!! manufacturing isn't an easy task...!!!

we make new friends there, get to know their stories, and internal politics of a company=) stories of people without a diploma or degree in engineering or pharmacy survive in zontron, their difficulties & fate which ended up in this company.. we understand the significant of COMMUNICATION meant for peoples from other country.. we make jokes around, flirting with "LIANG ANN" (not me but.. haha), fighting with sa po(not me as well, LOL), running away from Javeed.. and.. being late for work..!! aheemm.. is me, i admit it=) arrive at 1030 due to heavy jam at pg bridge, that's not my fault.. XDXDXD

industrial pharmacist, i knew one who wish to be the pioneer in that=p

meanwhile, as raymond said "ppl never satisfy with what they have that's why they never feel happy".. we as trainee, just shut up and do work, learn and gain experiences.. is operator's job but we will never learn without went through all these... i admire those who willing to work from the bottom before reaching the top, who's cincai in all these and learn as much as he/she can.. who's giving 101% instead trying for 100%... so please, stop showing 'xiajiepiqi' by complaining all those, which YOU think the workload is not related to ur future, but it might be.. who knows? if you felt it's for the sake of attendence or credit wise, please you're... really a.... #$%^&*)&^%$#@

MrJaveed, a pharmacist from India, typically Mirza type, xoxo looking but too bad is a gay! he likes wilson, omg~~~ (from his gesture, we guess so.. haha) previous batch in production was all doing operator job, eg washing bottles, capping, sorting out tablets/capsules etc, but first day of us was lectures and theory classes.. swt~~ whatsoever in df/df design can be used on spot.. btw, he do asked us to bring subject for coming semester.. to... TEACH US!!! haih.. AIMST seriously to hire a lecturer like him.. oh no, but we as student we TAK NAK;@

"nggmmm.. to make money??" thats my and majorities answer.. actually, why am i in pharmacy line? i'm working it out...!! 1st, parent wish, medic is hard for me, and i dun have the brain capacity in memorizing muscles, nerves, blablabla so on and so forth~~ 2nd, to make a product of combination of traditional medicine and western drug.. thats my wish, but stepping in 3rd year, the more i found that myself getting devoted in b.pharm. @@ my aim, my target.. is millions steps away from me now..!! week 2 for industrial, sickness and viruses again~~ working in QC will never ended with good fortune, instead you will only grief for your loss in $$$$$$......... buying drugs drugs drugs!!! wilson said he will never buy any zontron product after been experienced with their "cleanliness in production, equipments used for QC, maintenence work", so on and so forth... yea rite, i actually can save my pocket money by taking FREE medicine in zontron, but... but.... honestly..!! i... wont do that=)

2nd day in QC, i felt like we are being treated like invisible, or not welcome by them.. they might very enthusiastic in teaching the first batch people, but the enthusiasm is decreasing batch by batch.. cummon, im only SECOND BATCH people!! can't you teach us properly..?? really fed up and tired for sickness, finally fall asleep when there is not work, nice nap in between larrr=) but chiu mey and pris busy gossiping besides.. haiyoooo.. kacau lar!! stop complaining and do your work=p

ok guys, gotta get certain part of my final report done first, so that i can get more rest during one week holiday after=) meanwhile, the cup size for the first greyish bra is E cup is not mistaken, and G cup for the following..!! wolf, you are wrong!!!! hehe...

trainning part 1

some lil updates from me, after i left it blank after so long~~ kinda busy eversince my industrial training started, is in zontron pharmaceutical... idaman has to shut down due to fungus infection.. blablabla.. is our fate and i found that zontron is actually not that bad, the son of MD is my junior=)

for the current first week i'm under QA department, which handling all the documentation thingy.. peoples there aka my colleagues are quite friendly and they'r all willing to share their knowledge with... for the first day in QA surely bored for me, but i really love my job (except for today which they asked us to cut the barcode.. can you imagine we have to cut for 25 copies x 5 pieces x 17 bar codes in each of the copies.. 2125 barcodes man!!!) i and pris like, aiyoo... why us but not the 5 which will be placed in QA next week?? hah.. jkjk ;@

i just get my questionnaire done, 4 questions for 5pages length.. should have smuggle out the SOP (standard operation procedure).. my QA Manager is the paling garang compared to other department, andddd.. she is our supervisor as well..!!

what i learn for 4days past?? hmm.. GMP, BMR, BOM, SOP, DC&CCF, issue hologram and labels (oh.. i love labelling room, which is downstairs near the production area).. copying, photostating( Ms Thanes said we can be mechanic cuz we eventually know how to repair the photostat machine!!! maintainance people, we dun need you larr.. hehe), stamping (master copy, control document etc), and shred unwanted/obselete documents!! this is interesting bcuz we never tried before and we actually requested/volunteered for that job, but getting bored after you've been standing there for hour plus but haven't get all the documents shred..!! @@

next week i will be in QC department, which i heard from others that we will be doing test for all the raw materials, and some microbial limit test etc.. the trainee now in QC department (maysha, sharon, KP, wilson, Praveena) will never stop working, always run here there, doing calculation, and preparing agar, dissolution, hardness, etc!! except wilson is the paling free, always curi tulang and sleeping at the corner there...

talk about warehouse, the funniest people in warehouse is Mr.Low.. which we(i and pris) felt that he is annoying, kept on coming QA department ask for this that.. aiyooo... isac suspected that he can't pronounce his name correctly, everytime he will only stressed on I... behind tak ada dah=) thus, we plan to prank him (Mr.Low).. fine, i will get a chance and call isaac as "i-jak wong" in front of him, maybe the next day he will follow our pronunciation, who knows? will reveal out the "test" in coming post.. haha.. btw, why wong behind? cuz he call chun har "wong wong".. sounds like calling dog, i asked chun to reply him "meow meow" when next time he call..

back to maintainance, which yili and leon are in.. they are currently doing nothing and they joined production peoples (clem, poh, raymd, ann, grace, tsu yin, saran).. in production, we are requested to wear jump suit, which looks like a katak in green.. will update you guys more pix once im free larr=) is damn dunny the katak look!! omg i cant imagine myself as a katak!! LOL

last updates, chiu mey is back in next week to join the big family, she quit from abbot which as a distributor but not a manufacturer.. 1k paid is gone, working in zontron will get 0 $.. (but the son told we'r paid sumhow..!! hoorraayyyy)
